The intention of my work is to support you in navigating through transitions, uncertainty and change with confidence, alignment and authenticity by integrating Astrology and Human Design with individual and organizational psychology, change leadership and neuroscience based coaching.  I deeply value creating a safe and judgement free space to navigate through the messy middle of change, and my goal is to help you build self-awareness and trust in who you are and what you're here to do, and to show you where and how the universe is supporting you.

In addition to studying Astrology and Human Design, I have a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University, a Coaching Certificate through the NeuroLeadership Institute, I am a PROSCI certified change practitioner, and a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and the Hogan Leadership Assessment. I combine these accreditations with my Astrology and Human Design experience to provide holistic coaching for my clients.

My session with Merri opened my eyes to my own power and ability. I knew I had various skills but understanding how I am the way I am and how best to use that information for my future was very empowering.
